| The choosing of network media,structure and function of network and Plug-ins of streaming media server in construction of VOD website are described.Exemplify by Design on VOD website of Guilin Institute of Technology,the construction method of teaching network based on Windows Media Services and the pivotal techniques are also introduced. |
