在广西植物研究所试验场进行摆竹(Indosasa shibataeoides)、广竹(Pleioblastus longiligula)、箭杆竹(Monocladus saxatilis var.solidus)繁殖试验。摆竹、广竹用带鞭埋杆和带鞭埋芽繁殖方法,摆竹于10月下旬、11月下旬、1月中旬、3月上旬和5月上旬进行试验,广竹于10月上旬、12月下旬和2月上旬进行试验;箭杆竹用带根分株和不带根分株繁殖方法,于1月中旬、2月下旬和3月下旬进行试验。结果表明,摆竹在10月底到第2年3月都可以繁殖,以1~3月效果最好,成活率达70%,2种方法都可以进行繁殖。广竹在10月~2月都可以繁殖,12月下旬效果最好,成活率60%以上,10月上旬效果最差,成活率仅有23.3%,2种方法均可以繁殖广竹,但埋杆繁殖效果好些。箭杆竹在1月中旬到3月底都可以进行繁殖,以3月最佳,平均成活率达65%,2月份效果最差,平均成活率47%;带根分株繁殖的效果较好。 |

The propagation trials of Indosasa shibataeoides,Pleioblastus longiligula and Monocladus saxatilis var.solidus were conducted in the field of Guangxi Institute of Botany.The cane with branch layering and branch with bud layering were used for I.shibataeoides and P.longiligula in the later ten days of Oct.and Nov.,the middle ten days of Jan.,the earlier ten days of Mar.and May.The clump divisions with roots and without roots were used for M.saxatilis in the middle ten days of Jan.,later ten days of Feb.and Mar.The days from Oct.to Mar.are favor to the I.shibataeoides propagation,with the best time from Jan.to Mar.at 70% of survivals.The days from Oct.to Feb.are favor to P.longiligula propagation,with the best time in Dec.at 60% of survivals,poor time in Oct.at 23.3% of survivals.The cane with branch layering is better for P.longiligula.M.saxatilis var.solidus could be propagated from Jan.to Mar.with the best time in Mar at 65% of survivals,and poor time in Feb.at 47% of survivals.The clump division with roots is better for propagation of M.saxatilis var.solidus. |
