通过模型的建立和对模型求解得到的激励方案最优条件,对信息不对称条件下科技人才管理问题进行了讨论。认为在信息不对称条件下科技管理工作者的任务就是制定科学的激励方案,对人才行为选择加以约束,根据人才行为观测结果实施奖惩,并从激励和约束中实现管理效用最大化。对模型应用中应注意的问题进行初步分析。 |

The administration of research fellows under asymmetric information conditions is discussed. The tasks for administrators are to work out a practically encouragement project that could effectively restrain the behavior choosing of talents,and reward or discipline the talents through the outcome of their behavior choosing. The application problems of the model are analyzed. |
