简述小波分析的数学原理和小波分析在故障诊断中的应用机理,并以钻井泥浆泵为例,分析了小波分析在故障诊断中的应用。结果表明,用小波降噪的方法先对泵阀信号进行处理后再进行特征提取和故障诊断变得容易;用小波进行泵阀信号的消噪可很好地保存瞬态冲击信号中的尖锋和突变部分。 |

Abstract: |
The mathematical principle of wavelets analysis is introduced.The slurry pumping is used to explain the application of wavelets in the fault diagnosis.The valve signals are recorded from the slurry pump, and treated by the wavelets before they are used in the fault diagnosis. The characteristics of sharp and jumping in the transient impact signals are more visible after the valve signals are treated by wavelets.It is suggested that the pick-up of characteristics and fault diagnosis could be easily conducted in the pretreatment of the valve signals with wavelets. |
