| 作为国家计划系统纵向网络一级节点的广西计委节点的建设,采用综合业务交换技术,通过中国电信ATM公用信道组建通信平台,在1个网络平台上实现视频会议、IP电话和数据业务的应用,形成上连国家计委,下与地市和县计划委相连接,以广西计委为中心的广西计划系统纵向网,为自治区级、地市级和县级分别建设与政府主要宏观经济管理部门(经贸、财政、人民银行、统计等)横向联接的"政府综合经济信息资源网"打下坚实的基础。 |

| The network of Guangxi Development and Planning Commission is a node of the portrait network of the national planning system. It was implemented in terms of integrated services technology. Unix system, Windows NT and TCP/IP were employed. This node consists of the internal network of Guangxi Development and Planning Commission, video meeting system, IP phone system and data services. |
