| 广西建国50年来,特别是改革开放20年,科技事业取得了长足发展,但与先进省市相比差距还很大,与先进发达国家相比差距更大。提出加快广西科技发展必须抓住西部大开发的机遇,加大改革开放力度,搞好几个硬件建设,寻求科技与经济的有效结合,充分发挥科技机构的整体功能。 |

| Abstract: |
| The science and technology in Guangxi has greatly developed since 1949, especially in the past 20 years of reform and opening-up.Comparing with the advanced provinces and municipalities, Guangxi still has a long way to go.To speed up the development of science and technology,Guangxi should seize the opportunities in the West Development Project of the state;further improve the construction of capital investment environment and management;seek the effective junction points between sciences and economies; exert the massively function of academic institutions in economic construction. |
