利用IDEAS软件对大型混流式水轮机组转轮进行有限元计算,求得转轮叶片的应力分布情况和转轮的固有频率。将计算结果与转轮叶片出现裂纹的实际情况对比,发现较大应力区与实际裂纹出现的部位大体上是一致的。该有限元计算结果,对分析转轮叶片裂纹成因有重要的意义。 |

Abstract: |
With the finite element software IDEAS,the strain distribution of the vanes of hydraulic turbine and the natural frequency of the rotor wheel was calculated.Compared with the real cracks in the vanes,the range of bigger strain was agreement with the distribution of the real cracks.The result of calculating with the finite element method was important to the analysis on the cause of cracks. |
