| 阐明农业强省的概念,评价农业强省所需的指标体系和评价方法。提出集约型定义是指以最少的投入、最低的物耗,使用现代化技术(含高新技术)、装备(对环境无害或少污染的)和科学化管理(含综合利用),取得最大的产出(必须是适应市场需求的产品,有美好的包装、完善的贮、运、销售网络)和效益(社会效益、生态效益和利税等)。 |

| Abstract: |
| The concept of powerful agricultural province as well as its objective system and method of appreciation are explained. The mode of being intensive should be defined as follows:using the modernization techniques including high-technique, equipments of non-or less-pollution to envirenment and scientific management involving integrated utilization to gain the maximum output in which preducts must be requrired to meet market demand and have good packing and a complete net of store, shipping and selling, and the effects in society and ecology and profit tax, with minimum inputs and lowest material consumption. |
