| Through retracing the procedure of establishing scientific and Technological enterprises since the institute's system reform of science and technology, this paper analysed the mainproblem existing in the institute of applied physics,Guangxi Academy of Sciences.The author presents that the institute should create favorable conditions to carry out stock system for further reform. |
