| 随着现代科学技术的飞速发展,办公室自动化的应用范围日益广范。办公室自动化的发展水平在某种程度上标志着一个国家的国民经济及科学技术的发展水平。本文的重点不是讨论办公室自动化的技术问题,而是着重讨论在组织开发和应用办公室自动化系统时,如何处理好人、机、信息三者之间的关系。另外,还根据我区目前的现状以及今后发展的趋势,对如何发展我区的办公室自动化提出了看法。所以,对今后开发和应用办公室自动化系统的单位和个人,具有一定的参考价值。 |

| With the rapid development of science and technology, the application scope of OA (office automation) is increasingly widespread. The development degree of OA, to certain, marks the level of a nation's economy, science and technology. This paper mainly focused on the discussion of how to deal with the relationships among man, computer and information in the procedure of organization, development and application of OAS (OA system).In addition, suggestions of developing the OA in Guangxi were proposed according to its present status and development trend. which may provide a reference to the units and persons of developing and applying OAS. |
