| This paper summarized the research work and applications of computer in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region during the ten-year reform of science and technology administration system. Then, it put forward five suggestions about how to make more brilliant achievement in computer area under the environment that science and technology work needs new liberation and rapid development. |
