据此提出了九点建议和意见。主要是加强领导和管理,重视智力开发和科研,加强软件的开发,选择好产品和生产中应注意的问题。 |

| Abstract: |
This paper enumerates some peculiarities of the computer industry and Guangxi's real conditions, which must be considered for promoting Guangxi's computer industry. Also it points out the idea of "Large Computer Industry" must be established.
According to above, nine opinions and suggestions are advanced. The main are:strengthening the leadship and management, paying attention to develop the intelligence and scientifical research, reinforcing the development of software, carefully selecting the product and some points for attention to production, etc. |
