| 本文根据石山地区的自然条件和社会经济状况,提出了"改善生态环境,注入时代意识,重视庭园经济,发展商品生产,疏导流通渠道,达到共同富裕"的战略指导思想,提出了到下世纪初,石山地区人均国民经济主要指标达到1985年全国平均水平,基本解决温饱问题,改变贫困落后面貌的战略目标。讨论了石山地区治理与开发的战略方针、重点、步骤、措施,开发模式及优先开发的经济区域,提出了综合治理与开发的技术政策及兴办山区经济开发试验区的初步设想。 |

| Abstract: |
| According to natural conditions and society-economy situation of Guangxi Karst region,the paper proposes the strategical guiding ideology:improving eco-environment,emptying into the times-consciousness, devoting much attention to garden economy,developing commercial production,dredging channel for circulation,so as to achieve together rich;the strategical goals:by early period of next century,the mainper-person average national economic targets will reach the level of that of the whole country in 1985,the problem of food and clothing will be resolved basically.The paper also discusses strategical principle,stress,procedure,measures and developing model of the karst region comprehensive harness and development as well as prior development economy-area;and advances comprehensive harness and development technical policy and basic thoughts of initiating karst region's economy development test areas. |
