| 石山地区是一个贫困落后,生态环境严重恶化,矿产资源、生物种质资源和水能资源丰富的矛盾统一体,如何通过对石山地区综合治理与开发,彻底改变石山地区贫困落后的面貌是刻不容缓的任务。本文以系统工程的方法对治理与开发的关系,调整产业结构与综合开发的关系,石山地区资源开发重点、资源开发与新的产业群落的关系,以及对培养人才的预测等内容进行了研究,并从不同角度阐述了广西石山地区综合开发的可能性和必要性。 |

| Guangxi karst region is a contradictory entity that people's life is poor,economy is backward,eco-environment is seriously vicious,but mineral resources,species of living things and water power resources are abundant.How to change the poverty and backward face of Guangxi karst region thoroughly through comprehensive harness and development of karst region is an urgent task.This paper,with the method of systematic engineering,studies the relation between harness and development,the relation between regulation of industry structure and comprehensive development,relation between resources developing stress,resources development and new industry community as well as forecast of training.In the paper the author expounds the possibility and necessity for comprehensive development of Guangxi karst region from various angles. |
