玉米芯(秆)栽培毛木耳、香菇和草菇试验

摘要:
以玉米芯(秆)为主要培养料,进行了毛木耳、香菇和草菇等菇种的代料栽培试验,已初步筛选出具有一定经济价值的生产配方和栽培品种。经对培养料的化学分析和示范点的大面积验证试验,表明利用玉米芯(秆)栽培食用菌,在栽培理论和技术上是可行的。该技术的推广与应用既能促进生物资源的再生和利用,亦可为石山地区增加一条脱贫致富的门路。

Abstract:
With the corncob and stalk as major nutrient substrate, artificial cultivation of auricularia polyricha, Lentinus edodes and Valvariella volvacea were conducted to screening out the formulae of culture substrate with some economical value and mushrooms cultivation varieties. Throngh the chemical analysis for the substrate and field demonstrated trial show that, using the cob and stalk to cultivate the edible mushroom is desirable in theoretically and technically. The popularity and application of this technique may promote the reavailable of bioresource as well as allow the peoples in karst region to take off the poorness and to get richness.
