参量阵浅地层剖面探测技术在海底管道检测中的应用

摘要:
浅地层剖面探测技术能够获取海底地层分布、管道埋藏状态等关键信息,对海底管道安全运行维护具有重要意义。本文在介绍浅地层剖面仪探测海底管道工作原理的基础上,分析了Innomar SES-2000参量阵浅地层剖面探测仪在国内某单点海底输油管道的调查实例。调查结果表明,参量阵浅地层剖面仪分辨率高、穿透力强,对管道埋藏状态和两侧沉积地层特征识别效果显著。结合多波束测深、侧扫声呐数据,有效识别出调查区埋藏、裸露两种海底管道埋藏类型。对比历史数据,发现调查区近岸登陆端海底管道掩埋整体较浅,受潮流往复冲刷影响,管道易发生裸露甚至悬空。调查区海底管道的防护治理效果受海底管道自身性能、水深、沉积物底质、水动力环境、经济成本等多种因素影响,多因素综合分析是提出海底管道运维有效措施的关键。

Application of Parameter Array Sub-bottom Profile Detection Technology in Submarine Pipeline Detection

Abstract:
Sub-bottom profile detection technology can obtain key information such as the distribution of seabed strata and the occurrence status of pipelines, which is of great significance for the safe operation and maintenance of submarine pipelines. On the basis of introducing the working principle of sub-bottom profiling instrument for detecting submarine pipelines, this article analyzes the investigation example of the Innomar SES2000 parameter array sub-bottom profiling technology instrument in a single point mooring submarine oil pipeline in China. The investigation results show that the SES-2000 parametric array sub-bottom profiler has high resolution and strong penetration, and has a significant recognition effect on the occurrence status of pipelines and the characteristics of sedimentary strata. By combining multi beam sounding and side scan sonar data, effectively identify two types of buried and exposed submarine? pipelines in the survey area. By comparing historical data, it was found that the submarine pipelines buried near the landing end of the survey area are generally shallow and susceptible to the impact of tidal currents, resulting in exposed or even suspended pipelines. The effectiveness of submarine pipeline protection and treatment in the investigation area is influenced by various factors such as the performance of the submarine pipeline itself, water depth, sediment substrate, hydrodynamic environment, and economic cost. A comprehensive analysis of multiple factors is the key to proposing effective measures for the operation and maintenance of submarine pipelines.
