生育期遮阴处理对玉竹产量和品质的影响

摘要:
本研究以二年生玉竹为试验材料,比较了全光照(CK),遮阴80%(T1),遮阴65%(T2) 和遮阴50%(T3)等4个光环境处理对玉竹生长发育和品质形成的影响。结果表明:遮阴处理显著促进了玉竹地上部以及地下部的生长,随着遮阴强度的增加,玉竹生物量逐渐降低,且在50%遮阴处理下达到最大;此外,遮阴处理显著提高了玉竹叶片光合色素的含量,但降低了玉竹渗透调节物质的含量和抗氧化酶活性;对玉竹活性成分分析的结果表明,80%和65%遮阴处理下玉竹活性成分含量与对照无明显差异,而50%遮阴处理下玉竹总多糖的含量显著高于对照,且总黄酮和总皂苷的含量均略高于对照。因此,本研究中50%遮阴处理最有利于玉竹生物量的积累和品质的形成,该研究结果可能对未来通过栽培措施调节玉竹生长发育和品质具有重要的参考意义。

Effect of shading treatments on yield and quality of Polygonatum odoratum during the reproductive period

Abstract:
In this study, we compared the effects of four light treatments, namely, full light (CK), 80% shade (T1), 65% shade (T2) and 50% shade (T3), on the growth, development and quality formation of Polygonatum odoratum. The results showed that the shading treatment significantly promoted the growth of aboveground and belowground parts of the Polygonatum odoratum, and the biomass of the Polygonatum odoratum gradually decreased with the increase of shading intensity, and reached the maximum at 50% shading; moreover, the shading treatment significantly increased the content of photosynthetic pigments in the leaves of the Polygonatum odoratum, but decreased the content of osmotic regulators and the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the Polygonatum odoratum; the results of the analysis of the active ingredients of the Polygonatum odoratum showed that the 80% and 65% shading treatments increased the content of photosynthetic pigments in the leaves of the Polygonatum odoratum. The results of the analysis of the active components of the Polygonatum odoratum showed that the contents of active components of Polygonatum odoratum under 80% and 65% shading treatments were not significantly different from those of the control, while the contents of total polysaccharides of Polygonatum odoratum under 50% shading treatment were significantly higher than those of the control, and the contents of total flavonoids and total saponins were slightly higher than those of the control. Therefore, the 50% shading treatment in this study was the most favorable for the accumulation of biomass and quality formation of Polygonatum odoratum, and the results of this study may have important reference significance for the future regulation of Polygonatum odoratum"s growth, development and quality through cultivation measures.
