甘蔗梢腐病(Pokkah boeng disease)是一种真菌性病害,会严重影响甘蔗的产量和糖分,对甘蔗种植国家和地区造成巨大经济损失。为了探讨生物防治在甘蔗梢腐病中的应用,本研究以海洋红树林来源的214株细菌作为筛选对象,将其与甘蔗样品中分离出的甘蔗梢腐病病菌进行平板拮抗实验,筛选出具有拮抗能力的细菌,并对其进行种属鉴定,从而获得具有潜在应用前景的拮抗生防菌株。结果表明,通过平板筛选,得到75株具有拮抗能力的细菌菌株,占总菌株的35%,其中略有拮抗能力的菌株有69株,拮抗能力中等的菌株有5株,拮抗能力强(拮抗带大于10 mm)的菌株有1株。对拮抗能力中等和强的6株菌株进行鉴定,其中有2株菌株隶属于链霉菌属(Streptomyces sp.),有2株菌株隶属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp.),有1株菌株隶属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp.),有1株菌株隶属于沙雷氏菌属(Serratia sp.)。拮抗能力最强的菌株8N5,经过分子生物学鉴定为铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)。菌株8N5对甘蔗梢腐病菌表现出良好的拮抗作用,具有较好的应用潜力和市场价值。本研究可为进一步开展甘蔗梢腐病的生物防治提供理论依据。 |

Pokkah boeng disease is a major fungal disease,seriously affecting the yield and sugar content of sugarcane and causing significant economic losses in sugarcane-growing countries and regions.To explore the application of antagonistic strains in the biocontrol of sugarcane pokkah boeng disease,this study screened 214 strains of bacteria derived from marine mangroves by the plate confrontation test with the pokkah boeng disease pathogen isolated from sugarcane.The bacterial strains with antagonistic ability were screened out and identified as the biocontrol strains with promising application prospects.The results showed that 75 antagonistic biocontrol strains were obtained, accounting for 35% of all strains.Among them,69,5,and 1 strains demonstrated mild,moderate,and strong (inhibition zone diameter larger than 10 mm) antagonistic abilities,respectively.The 6 strains with moderate and strong antagonistic abilities were identified as Streptomyces sp.(2 strains),Bacillus sp.(2 strains),Pseudomonas sp.(1 strain),and Serratia sp.(1 strain).Strain 8N5 with the strongest antagonistic ability was identified based on molecular evidence as Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Strain 8N5 exhibits good antagonistic effect on sugarcane pokkah boeng disease,demonstrating good application potential and market value.The findings provide a theoretical basis for further biocontrol of sugarcane pokkah boeng disease. |
