| 根系作为植物获取土壤资源的核心器官,其功能性状的分异规律是植物环境适应策略的直接体现。当前针对喀斯特天坑草本植物根系功能性状的差异与影响路径仍缺乏系统研究,制约了对喀斯特特殊生境植物适应机制的全面认知。本研究在不同类型喀斯特天坑与微生境下对土壤与草本植物进行采样,测定11项土壤因子与7项根系功能性状,比较不同天坑类型与微生境下根系功能性状差异,解析其分异规律,探明天坑类型与微生境对根性状的影响路径。结果表明:(1)植物7项根系功能性状中RSAD、RTD、RVD在不同类型天坑间存在显著差异(P<0.05),SRA、RTD在不同微生境下差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)土壤因子独立解释率高达55.31%(P<0.001),为最主要的独立驱动因子,其中土壤物理性质对根系功能性状呈极显著正向效应(β=0.73,P<0.001),土壤重量含水量呈显著负向效应(β=-0.21,P<0.01)。本研究揭示了喀斯特天坑草本植物根系功能性状的适应策略与影响因子,可为西南喀斯特地区植被恢复的物种筛选与生境适配提供科学依据。 |

| As the core organs for plants to acquire soil resources, the differentiation patterns of root functional traits directly reflect plant environmental adaptation strategies. At present, systematic research on the differences and influencing pathways of root functional traits of herbaceous plants in Karst Tiankengs is still lacking, which restricts the comprehensive understanding of plant adaptation mechanisms in special karst habitats. In this study, soil and herbaceous plants were sampled in different types of Karst Tiankengs and microhabitats, 11 soil factors and 7 root functional traits were determined, the differences in root functional traits among different Tiankeng types and microhabitats were compared, their differentiation patterns were analyzed, and the influencing pathways of Tiankeng type and microhabitat on root traits were explored.The results showed that: (1) Among the 7 root functional traits, RSAD, RTD and RVD showed significant differences among different Tiankeng types (P<0.05), while SRA and RTD showed significant differences among different microhabitats (P<0.05). (2) The independent explanatory rate of soil factors was as high as 55.31% (P<0.001), making it the most important independent driving factor. Among them, soil physical properties showed an extremely significant positive effect on root functional traits (β=0.73, P<0.001), and soil gravimetric water content showed a significant negative effect (β=?0.21, P<0.01).This study reveals the adaptation strategies and influencing factors of root functional traits of herbaceous plants in Karst Tiankengs, and can provide a scientific basis for species selection and habitat adaptation in vegetation restoration in southwest China karst regions. |
