| 明确癞皮夜蛾(Gadirtha fusca)的感器种类和特征,可为后续该昆虫生理行为研究奠定基础,本研究运用扫描电镜观测癞皮夜蛾触角与口器感器的超微构型,明确其触角感器、口器感器的种类、形态特点和分布。结果表明:癞皮夜蛾雌蛾的触角长度显著大于雄蛾。癞皮夜蛾触角上总计8类10种感器,分别为毛形感器(Sensilla trichodea,ST,含ST Ⅰ和ST Ⅱ)、刺形感器(Sensilla chaetica,SCh)、锥形感器(Sensilla basiconica,SB,仅含SB Ⅱ)、腔锥形感器(Sensilla coeloconica,SCo,含SCo Ⅰ和SCoⅡ)、Böhm氏鬃毛(Böhm bristles,BB)、耳形感器(Sensilla auricillica,SA)、鳞形感器(Sensilla squamiformia,SQ)、栓锥形感器(Sensilla styloconica,SSt)。其中雄蛾触角SB Ⅱ和BB长度显著大于雌蛾,而雌蛾触角SQ的长度显著大于雄蛾。癞皮夜蛾口器上总计3类5种感器,分别为腔形感器(Sensilla cavity,SC)、锥形感器(SB Ⅰ和SB Ⅱ)、板形感器(Sensilla placodea,SP,含SP Ⅰ和SP Ⅱ)。其中雌蛾口器SB Ⅰ和SP Ⅱ长度显著大于雄蛾。本研究结果可为进一步揭示癞皮夜蛾嗅觉行为和电生理机制奠定基础,以期为开发基于行为选择的环保型害虫防治新策略提供理论依据,同时也为其他鳞翅目(Lepidoptera)昆虫触角和口器感器的研究提供重要参考。 |

| To clarify the types and characteristics of sensilla in Gadirtha fusca,laying a foundation for subsequent studies on its physiological behavior,this study employed scanning electron microscopy to observe the ultrastructural configurations of the antennae and mouthpart of G.fusca.The types,morphological features,and distribution of antennal and mouthpart sensilla were identified.The antennae of female adults were significantly longer than those of male adults.Both sexes exhibited ten sensillum types,with the sensilla classified into eight functional categories:Sensilla trichodea (ST,including ST Ⅰ and ST Ⅱ),Sensilla chaetica (SCh),Sensilla basiconica (SB,including only SB Ⅱ),Sensilla coeloconica (SCo,including SCo Ⅰ and SCo Ⅱ),Böhm bristles (BB),Sensilla auricillica (SA),Sensilla squamiformia (SQ),and Sensilla styloconica (SSt).Notably,males possessed significantly longer SB Ⅱ and BB on their antennae than females,whereas females exhibited significantly longer SQ.On the mouthpart,three categories of sensilla (five types)were identified:Sensilla cavity (SC),SB Ⅰ,SB Ⅱ,and Sensilla placodea (SP,including SP Ⅰ and SP Ⅱ).The mouthpart SB Ⅰ and SB Ⅱ were significantly longer in females.The findings lay the groundwork for further elucidating their olfactory behaviors and electrophysiological mechanisms and provide theoretical support for developing new environmentally friendly pest control strategies based on behavioral selection.In addition,the findings offer important references for the research on antennal and mouthpart antennae in other lepidopteran insects. |
