| 为建立大型海藻有机碳含量的测定方法,支撑海藻场碳储量的数据分析,本研究利用总有机碳分析仪法对大型海藻有机碳含量进行方法验证。结果表明,大型海藻总碳(TC)的标准曲线为y=123.49x-25.829,r2=0.999 2,相对剩余偏差SY=0.028;无机碳(IC)的标准曲线为y=116.09x-14.347,r2=0.999 8,相对剩余偏差SY=0.011。总有机碳分析仪法检出限为0.11%,检出下限为0.44%,实验室内相对标准偏差为1.12%,95%置信区间为1.61±0.003。实验室内相对误差最终值为0.009±0.012,TC的加标回收率最终值为(97.69±11.88)%,IC的加标回收率最终值为(97.97±5.52)%。方法的相对合成不确定度为1.95%,置信区间为95%,包含因子k=2,扩展不确定度为3.90%。测定11种大型海藻样品,其有机碳含量在7.32%—40.43%之间,其中部分大型海藻含有无机碳,其含量在7.42%—10.25%之间。总有机碳分析仪法是目前测定大型海藻有机碳含量较为方便快捷,且精密度、正确度较高的方法。 |

| To explore the methods for determining the organic carbon content in macroalgae and to enable the data analysis of the carbon storage of seaweed beds,this study used a total organic carbon analyzer to measure the organic carbon content in macroalgae for method validation.The results showed that the standard curve for Total Carbon (TC) in macroalgae was y=123.49x-25.829,with r2=0.999 2 and a relative residual standard deviation (SY)=0.028.The standard curve for Inorganic Carbon (IC) was y=116.09x-14.347,with r2=0.999 8 and SY=0.011.The detection limit of the total organic carbon analyzer method was 0.11%,and the lower limit of quantification was 0.44%.The relative standard deviation within the laboratory was 1.12%,and the 95% confidence interval within the laboratory was 1.61±0.003.The final relative error within the laboratory was 0.009±0.012.The final spiked recovery rate for TC within the laboratory was (97.69±11.88)%,and for IC,it was (97.97±5.52)%.The relative combined uncertainty of the method was 1.95%,with a 95% confidence interval and k=2,resulting in an expanded uncertainty of 3.90%.The organic carbon content in 11 samples of macroalgae measured by the method was between 7.32% and 40.43%,with some of the macroalgae containing inorganic carbon,which ranged from 7.42% to 10.25%.The results indicate that using a total organic carbon analyzer to measure the organic carbon content in macroalgae is currently a convenient and rapid method with high precision and accuracy. |
