禁渔初期长江上游保护区浮游植物群落结构及水生态健康评价

摘要:
为了解长江上游珍稀特有鱼类国家级自然保护区(简称“长江上游保护区”)浮游植物的群落结构及水生态健康状况,本研究分别于2023年1月(枯水期)、6月(丰水期)对其进行生物学调查,并以香农-维纳指数(Shannon-Wiener index,H)为标准划分参照点和受损点,以26个对环境变化敏感且具有代表性的生物指标作为候选指标,进行箱线图筛选和相关性分析。结果显示:共鉴定出浮游植物7门52属92种(含变种),其中硅藻门(Bacillariophyta)种类最多,为18属48种;其次为绿藻门(Chlorophyta)。群落结构为硅藻-绿藻-蓝藻型,优势种以硅藻门种类为主且优势度较大。各断面浮游植物平均密度在6.45×104—1.29×105 cells/L之间,平均值为8.76×104 cells/L,平均生物量在0.013—0.372 mg/L之间,平均值为0.135 mg/L。筛选出香农-维纳指数、马格里夫指数(Margalef index,D)、非硅藻属类单元数、硅藻商、浮游植物总生物量和蓝藻门(Cyanophyta)生物量构建长江上游保护区浮游植物生物完整性指数(Phytoplankton Index of Biotic Integrity,P-IBI)评价体系。评价结果显示调查水域水生态总体处于“健康-亚健康”状态,且枯水期优于丰水期,上游优于下游。

Abstract:
In order to study the phytoplankton community structure and the aquatic ecosystem health status in the protected area of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,biological surveys were conducted in January 2023 (dry season) and June 2023 (wet season).The reference points and damage points were classified based on the Shannon-Werner index (H),and 26 representative biological indicators sensitive to environmental changes were used as candidate indicators for box plot testing and correlation analysis.A total of 92 species (including varieties) of phytoplankton were identified,belonging to 52 genera of 7 phyla.Among them,Bacillariophyta had the largest number of species (48 species of 18 genera),followed by Chlorophyta.The phytoplankton community structure exhibited a Bacillariophyta-Chlorophyta-Cyanophyta pattern.The density of phytoplankton at each cross-section ranged from 6.45×104 cells/L to 1.29×105 cells/L,with an average value of 8.76×104 cells/L.The average biomass ranged from 0.013 mg/L to 0.372 mg/L,with an average value of 0.135 mg/L.Finally,Shannon-Werner index,Margalef index (D),number of non-diatom units,diatom quotient,total phytoplankton biomass,and Cyanophyta biomass were selected to construct the Phytoplankton Index of Biotic Integrity (P-IBI) of the protected area in the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River.The evaluation results show that the surveyed water area is in a “healthy-sub healthy” state,and the river's health performance is better during the dry season than during the wet season and in the upper reaches than in the lower reaches.
