不同遮阳率和土壤含水量对岩黄连幼苗生长及生物碱含量的影响

摘要:为给岩黄连种苗繁育及人工栽培提供理论依据,本研究以刚萌发岩黄连幼苗为研究对象,通过设置4梯度遮阳率(L1=9.09%、L2=50.30%、L3=82.63%、L4=94.94%)和4梯度土壤含水量(W1=31.42%、W2=51.06%、W3=63.55%、W4=77.80%)的交互处理,连续3个月观测岩黄连幼苗的生长情况,测定生物量、叶绿素以及生物碱含量,探究不同遮阳率与土壤含水量对岩黄连幼苗生长及次生代谢的影响。结果表明:①极端干旱与强光的协同胁迫对岩黄连幼苗具有致命性影响。②适度的遮阳率和土壤湿度有利于岩黄连幼苗成活及生长,遮阳率太高或太低均会抑制其正常生长;而土壤湿度太低岩黄连幼苗会受旱,当达到适度的土壤湿度时,再提高土壤湿度对岩黄连幼苗的生长无显著性影响(P>0.05)。③高遮阳会引发幼苗徒长,低遮阳虽能促进根系增粗及生物碱富集,但会诱发叶片红化并提高死亡率。④岩黄连幼苗生物碱含量随遮阳率升高呈显著下降趋势,各处理组之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),适宜的土壤湿度有利于岩黄连幼苗生物碱的积累,土壤湿度过高或过低均会降低岩黄连幼苗生物碱含量。综上,岩黄连幼苗生长及生物碱含量受遮阳率和土壤含水量综合影响,建议采用60%-70%遮阳率和50%-65%的土壤含水量。该研究成果兼顾幼苗存活率、生物量以及生物碱含量等重要指标,可为岩黄连种苗繁育及栽培提供理论依据。

Effects of Different Shading Rates and Soil Water Content on?Seedlings Growth and Alkaloid Content of Corydalis saxicola

Abstract:To provide a theoretical basis for seedling propagation and artificial cultivation of?Corydalis saxicola, this study focused on newly germinated seedlings subjected to interactive treatments combining?four shading rate gradients?(L1=9.09%, L2=50.30%, L3=82.63%, L4=94.94%) and?four soil water content gradients?(W1=31.42%, W2=51.06%, W3=63.55%, W4=77.80%). Over a?three-month observation period, seedling growth was monitored, with measurements of?biomass,?chlorophyll content, and?alkaloid content, to investigate the effects of varying shading rates and soil moisture levels on seedling growth and secondary metabolism.?The results showed that:①The synergistic stress of extreme drought and high light intensity has lethal effects on Corydalis saxicola seedlings.② Moderate shading rate and soil moisture are conducive to the survival and growth of Corydalis saxicola seedlings. Either too high or too low shading rate will inhibit their normal growth. When soil moisture is too low, the seedlings suffer from drought, while increasing soil moisture beyond the moderate level has no significant effect on seedling growth (P>0.05).③High shading induces seedling excessive growth,While low shading promotes root thickening and alkaloid accumulation, it induces leaf reddening and increases mortality rate.④ The alkaloid content in Corydalis saxicola seedlings showed a significant decreasing trend with the increase of shading rate , and there were significant differences among treatment groups (P<0.05). Suitable soil moisture was conducive to alkaloid accumulation in seedlings, while both excessively high and low soil moisture reduced the alkaloid content.In conclusion, the growth and alkaloid content of Corydalis saxicola seedlings are comprehensively influenced by shading rate and soil moisture content. It is recommended to apply a shading rate of 60%-70% and soil moisture content of 50%-65%. The research findings balance key indicators such as seedling survival rate, biomass, and alkaloid content, providing a theoretical basis for seedling propagation and cultivation of Corydalis saxicola.
