| 为了解2-4年生粗茎鳞毛蕨(Dryopteris crassirhizoma)的主要代谢产物成分及其含量差异,本研究利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)的广泛靶向代谢组学技术对2-4年生粗茎鳞毛蕨根系样本进行检测,并结合主成分分析和层次聚类分析等方法对代谢产物进行分析。结果表明,2-4年生粗茎鳞毛蕨有13类1 532种共有代谢产物,其中氨基酸及其衍生物、脂质、酚酸类、黄酮类为主要代谢产物;2-4年生粗茎鳞毛蕨代谢产物在成分含量上存在一定的差异,且随生长年限的增加,粗茎鳞毛蕨差异代谢产物数量明显增多;2年生粗茎鳞毛蕨富含间苯三酚类、黄酮类及萜类成分;3年生粗茎鳞毛蕨的萜类、酚酸类成分含量较高;4年生粗茎鳞毛蕨则以黄酮类和萜类为主要特征成分。本研究充分说明粗茎鳞毛蕨根系的药用价值会因生长年限不同而产生差异,实际应用中还需考虑具体入药成分。 |

| This study aims to understand the main metabolites and their content differences in Dryopteris crassirhizoma at 2-4 years old.The widely targeted metabolomics based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was employed to detect the root samples of D.crassirhoma at 2-4 years old.Principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis were performed to analyze the metabolites.A total of 1 532 common metabolites belonging to 13 categories were detected.Among them,amino acids and their derivatives,lipids,phenolic acids,and flavonoids were the main metabolites.There were differences in the content of root metabolites among D.crassirhizoma plants of 2-4 years old,and the number of differential metabolites increased significantly as the growing years increased.The roots of 2-year-old plants were rich in phloroglucinols,flavonoids,and terpenoids.The roots of 3-year-old plants had higher content of terpenoids and phenolic acids.The characteristic ingredients in the roots of 4-year-old plants were mainly flavonoids and terpenoids.These results indicate that the medicinal value of D.crassirhizoma may vary with different growing years,and the specific medicinal ingredients should be considered in practical applications. |
