| 石杉碱甲(Huperzine A,HupA)是从石杉科(Huperziaceae)植物及其内生真菌中分离提取到的一种生物碱,临床上主要用于阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's Disease,AD)、精神分裂症、重症肌无力等病证的缓解和治疗。本文描述了产HupA植物的组织培养和内生真菌的相关研究,介绍了HupA的化学合成研究进展,重点综述了HupA的生物来源、合成通路与功能基因的研究进展,并对未来利用微生物或异源植物等底盘细胞工业化量产HupA的关键技术突破口进行了探讨,旨在基于HupA的胆碱酯酶抑制特性及其生物合成通路,为神经退行性疾病的治疗、产HupA生物资源的合理利用及规模化生产提供参考。 |

| Huperzine A (HupA) is an alkaloid extracted from plants of the Huperziaceae family and their endophytic fungi.Clinically,HupA is mainly used for the alleviation and treatment of diseases such as Alzheimer's Disease (AD),schizophrenia,and myasthenia gravis.This review provides a detailed description of the tissue culture of HupA-producing plants and related research on endophytic fungi,introduces the research progress in chemical synthesis of HupA,focuses on the research progress in the biological sources,pathways,and functional genes of HupA biosynthesis,and discusses the key technological breakthroughs for the industrial production of HupA by microbial or heterologous plant chassis cells in the future.The aim is to provide references for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases,the rational utilization of HupA-producing biological resources,and the expansion of production based on the cholinesterase inhibitory properties and biosynthetic pathway of HupA. |
