腹泻性贝类毒素(Diarrhetic Shellfish Toxins, DSTs)是一类由甲藻产生,并会随食物链蓄积引发人类腹泻的海洋生物毒素。随着海洋污染的不断加剧,有害赤潮频繁发生,由此导致的因食用受污染贝类而引发的DSTs中毒事件日益增多。DSTs不仅会对人类健康造成严重危害,长期接触还可能存在致癌风险,同时也会对贝类养殖产业和海洋生态系统的平衡产生负面影响。本文对DSTs进行全面综述,涵盖其理化性质、毒性特点检测技术,同时,着重阐述DSTs最新消减技术,旨在探明DSTs的毒性机理、提升DSTs消减技术水平,进一步保障食品安全、促进贝类养殖产业可持续发展以及保护海洋生态系统健康提供参考。 |

Diarrhetic shellfish toxins (DSTs) are a type of marine biotoxins produced by marine algae and accumulated in shellfish through the food chain due to their filter-feeding. With the continuous aggravation of marine pollution and the frequent occurrence of harmful red tides, the number of DST poisoning incidents caused by consuming contaminated shellfish is increasing. DSTs not only pose serious threats to human health and may have carcinogenic risks with long-term exposure, but also have negative impacts on the shellfish aquaculture industry and the balance of marine ecosystems. This article provides a comprehensive review of DSTs, covering their physicochemical properties, toxicity characteristics, and detection techniques. Additionally, it focuses on the latest reduction technologies of DSTs, aiming to provide references for further understanding the toxicity mechanism of DSTs, improving the level of DSTs reduction technology, ensuring food safety, promoting the sustainable development of the shellfish aquaculture industry, and maintaining the health of marine ecosystems. |
