| 为了摸索大型海藻有机碳含量的方法，保证海藻场碳储量得到更科学可靠的数据，对总有机碳分析仪测定大型海藻有机碳含量进行了方法验证，结果表明，大型海藻TC的标准曲线y=123.49x-25.829，r2=0.9992，相对剩余偏差SY=0.028。IC标准曲线y=116.09x-14.347，r2=0.9998，相对剩余偏差SY=0.011。检出限为0.11%，方法测定下限为0.44%，实验室内相对标准偏差为1.12%，实验室内95%置信区间为1.61±0.003。实验室内相对误差最终值为0.009±0.012，实验室内TC的加标回收率最终值为97.69%±11.89，IC的加标回收率最终值为97.97%±5.51。方法的相对合成不确定度为1.95，置信区间为95%，k=2，扩展不确定度为3.90%。 |

| To explore methods for determining the organic carbon content in large seaweeds and to ensure more scientifically reliable data on the carbon storage of seaweed beds, a method validation was conducted using a total organic carbon analyzer to measure the organic carbon content in large seaweeds. The results showed that the standard curve for total carbon (TC) in large seaweeds was y = 123.49x - 25.829, with an r2 = 0.9992 and a relative residual standard deviation (SY) of 0.028. The standard curve for inorganic carbon (IC) was y = 116.09x - 14.347, with an r2 = 0.9998 and a relative residual standard deviation (SY) of 0.011. The detection limit was 0.11%, and the lower limit of quantification was 0.44%. The relative standard deviation within the laboratory was 1.12%, and the 95% confidence interval within the laboratory was 1.61 ± 0.003. The final relative error within the laboratory was 0.009 ± 0.012. The final spike recovery rate for TC within the laboratory was 97.69% ± 11.89, and for IC, it was 97.97% ± 5.51. The relative combined uncertainty of the method was 1.95, with a 95% confidence interval and k = 2, resulting in an expanded uncertainty of 3.90%. |
