为了了解北部湾海域潮间带生物受重金属污染的情况,本文选取该海域的常见贝类优势种——丽文蛤作为研究对象,跟踪监测其体内7种重金属及类金属(Hg、Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、As)的含量,对2019-2023年丽文蛤体内各项指标的时空分布特征进行分析,并分别采用单因子污染指数、内梅罗综合指数和重金属污染指数进行评价。结果表明,该海域丽文蛤体内重金属含量为锌>铜>砷>铬>镉>铅>汞,比较各年度平均值,重金属含量的变化有所不同,沿海三市的重金属含量差异较明显但污染程度差异不大,整体处于轻度污染的状态,砷和铅是主要污染因子。重金属综合污染有逐年上升的趋势,需持续监测生物体内重金属变化。 |

To investigate the heavy metal pollution in the intertidal zone of the Beibu Gulf, this study selected the common dominant bivalves species, the Meretrix lusoria?(R?ding, 1798) , in this area as a bioindicator . The concentrations of 7 heavy metals and metalloids (Hg, Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Cr, As) in M. lusoria were monitored and analyzed from 2019 to 2023 to access their temporal and spatial distribution patterns. Methods including the single-factor pollution index, Nemerow comprehensive index and heavy metal pollution index were used for evaluation, respectively. Results indicate that the heavy metal concentrations in the clams in this sea area follow the order: Zn > Cu > As > Cr > Cd > Pb > Hg. Annual comparisons of heavy metals concentrations show distinct variations, with significant differences observed among the three coastal cities studied. However, the overall pollution levels remain relatively consistent, indicating a state of mild pollution, primarily driven by arsenic and lead contamination. There is a year-by-year increasing trend in comprehensive heavy metals pollution, underscoring the necessity for ongoing monitoring of heavy metal dynamics in marine organisms to inform environmental management strategies. |
