Abstract: |
In order to understand the content of heavy metals in cave crickets and their health hazards, this paper studied the contents of heavy metals (Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Hg, Pb) in cave crickets in Guiyang. The bioavailability of heavy metals in cave crickets was analyzed by in vitro digestion test (artificial simulation of gastroenteric fluid), the health risk of cave crickets heavy metals to the exposed populations was assessed by applying the Target Hazard Quotients (THQ) method, and the potential ecological risk index method was used to assess the degree of heavy metal pollution in the habitat of cave crickets (cave soil). The results showed that the cave crickets contained high levels of Zn, Cu, Cr and Ni, and low levels of Hg, Cd, As and Pb, and that the levels of Cu, Zn, As, Cd and Pb in the soil were generally higher than the background values of the soil outside the cave. The bioavailability of heavy metals in the artificial gastrointestinal solution in the cave crickets ranged from 0.26% to 70.58%, ind |
