产业结构优化与土地集约利用的协调发展对促进区域高质量、可持续发展具有重要意义。为精准识别典型喀斯特地区漓江流域产业结构优化和土地集约利用的协调程度,推动区域产业结构优化升级、协调国土空间规划及产业布局,本研究利用产业结构优化测度方法、综合评价法和耦合协调模型,从区县角度探讨了2012-2021年间漓江流域产业结构合理化、高级化和土地集约利用水平以及它们之间的耦合协调程度和空间关联特征。结果表明:①漓江流域产业结构合理化水平逐渐提升,指数均值由0.409下降到0.019。产业结构高级化水平呈现先增后减的趋势,指数均值由2.279上升至2.808后下降至2.460,但整体水平仍有提高。②漓江流域土地集约利用水平呈现持续增加趋势,指数均值从0.276稳步上升到0.496,且5个市辖区土地集约利用度明显高于4个县域土地利用集约度。③产业结构合理化、高级化与土地集约利用的协调度均呈现上升趋势,且都表现出以5个市辖区为核心向周边县域辐射发展的空间格局。④产业结构优化与土地集约利用两个系统的耦合协调存在空间正相关性。研究结论认为漓江流域的产业结构优化与土地集约利用协调发展模式逐渐形成,各区县仍需采取充分发挥自身优势、强化产业聚集效应、盘活低效利用土地等措施进一步推动产业升级优化与土地集约利用的耦合协调,实现全流域高质量协调发展。 |

The coordinated development of industrial structure optimization and intensive land use is of great significance to promoting regional high-quality and sustainable development.Identifying the coordination degree between industrial structure optimization and intensive land use is essential for promoting regional industrial structure optimization and coordinating national spatial planning and industrial layout.The industrial structure optimization measurement,comprehensive evaluation method,and coupling coordination model were employed to explore the industrial structure rationalization and sophistication and the land intensive use level as well as the coordination degree and spatial correlation characteristics between them at the county/district level in the Lijiang River Basin from 2012 to 2021.The results were yielded as follows.①The industrial structure in the Lijiang River Basin showcased gradually improved rationalization,with the average index dropping from 0.409 to 0.019.The sophistication level of the industrial structure showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,with the average index increasing from 2.279 to 2.808 and then decreasing to 2.460,demonstrating an overall improving trend.②The level of intensive land use in the Lijiang River Basin showed a continuous increasing trend,with the average index rising steadily from 0.276 to 0.496,and the intensity of land use in the 5 districts was significantly higher than that in the 4 counties.③The coordination degree of industrial structure rationalization and sophistication with intensive land use showed a growing trend,and they all showed the spatial pattern with the five districts as the core influencing the surrounding counties.④There was a positive spatial correlation in the coordination between industrial structure optimization and intensive land use.In conclusion,the coordinated development pattern between industrial structure optimization and intensive land use is gradually formed in the Lijiang River Basin.Districts and counties still need to give full play to their own advantages,strengthen the industrial agglomeration effect,and revitalize the land with low use efficiency to further promote the coordination between industrial structure optimization and intensive land use,thereby realizing the high-quality coordinated development of the whole basin. |
