肢体康复机器人技术与发展趋势

摘要:
脑卒中是威胁人们健康的主要疾病之一,近年来脑卒中的发病人群呈年轻化的趋势,脑卒中在医学上属于神经系统疾病,它会导致的肢体运动障碍和认知障碍。而随着智能康复机器人在临床上的应用,证明机器人可为患者提供有效的、重复性的康复训练,帮助患者重塑受损神经,进而恢复肢体的运动能力和认知能力。本文总结了国内外康复机器人的研究现状以及康复机器人在脑卒中患者康复训练中的临床应用成果,分析了康复机器人的关键技术及在未来的发展趋势。

Abstract:
Stroke is one of the major threats to people"s health. In recent years, there has been a trend of younger stroke patients. Medically classified as a neurological disorder, stroke can result in motor and cognitive impairments. With the application of intelligent rehabilitation robots in clinical settings, it has been proven that robots can provide effective and repetitive rehabilitation training for patients, helping them reshape damaged nerves and thus restore motor and cognitive abilities. This paper summarizes the current research status of rehabilitation robots both domestically and internationally, as well as the clinical application achievements of rehabilitation robots in stroke patient rehabilitation training. It analyzes the key technologies of rehabilitation robots and their future development trends.
