GC-MS分析显脉金花茶脂溶性成分

摘要:
采用硅胶柱层析提取分离显脉金花茶(Camellia euphlebia Merr.ex Sealy)石油醚部位脂溶性成分,用甲酯化方法对提取物质预处理,用气相色谱-质谱方法分析其化学成分。结果共鉴定出显脉金花茶石油醚部位成分中的20种脂溶性化合物,占总量的81%,主要化学成分是有机酸类,占35.99%,其中β-香树素(17.24%)、棕榈酸(14.57%)、α-香树精(13.6%)含量最高。所得到的20种成分均为首次从显脉金花茶叶中鉴定出来。

Analysis of Liposoluble Components in Camellia euphlebia Merr.ex Sealy by GC-MS

Abstract:
Liposoluble components from Camellia euphlebia Merr.ex Sealy were separated by silica gel column chromatography, and the extracted substances were pretreated by means of methyl esterification and analyzed by GC-MS.20 of the separated components were identified, amounting for 81%.Organic acids were major chemical constituents, amounting for 35.99%.β-Amyrin was the main component, amounting for 17.24% of the total, followed by palmitic acid (14.57%) and α-Amyrin (13.6%).These 20 components were first identified from Camellia euphlebia Merr.ex Sealy.
