| 对嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus) CICC 6005菌株进行Co60诱变,从突变体中选育得到1株生长快速的耐酸突变菌株LS-8。该菌株在pH值3.6的条件下发酵72h、在pH值3.8的条件下发酵104h,L-乳酸产量分别达9.2g/L和16.5g/L。 |

| Originally from Lactobacillus acidophilus CICC 6005, an acid tolerance mutant strain LS-8 was obtained by Co60 mutagenesis and the selected strain had high growing speed as target.At pH value 3.6 and 3.8, the yield of L-lactic acid by fermentation of LS-8 for 72h and 104h were 9.2g/L and 16.5g/L, respectively, which revealed much higher than that of reported investigation. |
