根据1998-2008年湖南省13个市州服务业投入与产出的面板数据建立随机前沿模型,并利用该模型对这13个市州的技术进步率进行测算和分析。结果显示,1998-2008年湖南省服务业的平均技术进步率为1.51%,1998-2003年服务业的技术进步率在高增长后出现小幅波动,2003年开始服务业的技术进步率逐渐递减,增长趋势已经明显放缓。湖南省服务业的技术进步显著,但是各个市州技术进步程度存在一定差异。湖南省各市州应该以技术进步为支撑,充分发挥城市的整体功能,提升湖南省服务业的整体水平。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the panel data with 13 major cities of Hunan province from 1998 to 2008, the stochastic frontier production function model was constructed, by which the rate of technological progress was measured and analyzed.The result shows that the technological progress of service industries is significant, but the degree of technological progress is still different among the 13 major cities in Hunan.Cities in Hunan province should be supported by technological progress, in order to realize the cities' overall function and enhance the overall level of services in Hunan province. |
