钦州湾秋季大型底栖动物多样性研究 |

摘要: |
利用2008年10月在钦州湾采集的大型底栖动物定量样品,采用大型多元统计分析软件PRIMER,研究该海域大型底栖动物群落的种类组成、密度、生物量和物种多样性情况。结果调查采集到大型底栖动物58种,其中多毛类35种,甲壳动物7种,软体动物10种,棘皮动物2种,其它类群动物4种。底栖动物的群落优势种为蛇杂毛虫(Poecilochaetus serpens)和色斑刺沙蚕(Neanthes maculata),二者累计贡献率达到55.15%。底栖动物的栖息种数、平均生物量和密度以及3个多样性指数的空间分布均形成以S6站为高值中心向周边递减的分布趋势。钦州湾底栖动物群落基本处于稳定状态,但是局部底栖动物群落已受到一定程度的轻微污染扰动。 |

The Macrobenthic diversity of the Qinzhou Bay in autumn are approached based on the data collected from the 9 sampling stations using the multivariate analysis software PRIMER.The results show that 58 species were found in Qinzhou Bay, including 35 species of Polychaeta, 7 of Crostacea, 10 of Mollusca and 2 of Echinodermata;the dominant species are Poecilochaetus serpens and Neanthes maculate.The diversity of macrobenthic community is high in station S6 and low in station S2.The results of the ABC analysis show that the macrobenthic community at station S11 had been afected by pollution or other human beings activities. |
