在适当选择结构参数的基础上,采用传输矩阵法计算模拟一维光子晶体(AB)m(CD)n(AB)m结构模型的透射谱,当光子晶体(CD)n相邻的两个导带分别处于光子晶体(AB)m(AB)m相邻的两个禁带中时,构成一维光子晶体双量子阱结构,在光量子阱透射谱的归一化频率0.3(ωa/2πc)和0.55(ωa/2πc)两处周围,分布着两套具有规律的局域共振峰,出现明显的量子化效应,且两套透过峰数目都可以通过光子晶体(CD)n的重复周期数n来调节,这一现象可以用于设计可调性多通道滤波器。 |

Transmission Spectra in the Double Quantum Well of One-dimensional Photonic Crystal |

By choosing structural parameters properly, the transmission spectra of the model of photonic crystal (AB)m (CD)n (AB)m is calculated by means of the transfer matrix method.When the two transmission bands nearby of photonic crystal (CD)n are completely inside the two band gaps nearby of photonic crystal (AB)m (AB)m and the double quantum well of photonic crystal is formed.At both sides of the frequencies 0.3(ωa/2πc) and 0.55(ωa/2πc) in the reduced units in the transmission spectra of the well, there is an obvious quantization effect for transmission-peak, which symmetrically distributed and orderly localized.The number of the transmission peaks can be modulated by changing the number of period n of photonic crystal (CD)n.This can be used for designing the adjustable multiple filters. |
