二氧化硅处理杉木木材增重率与物性之间的关系

摘要:
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以正硅酸乙酯为陶瓷前驱体,乙醇为溶剂,乙酸为催化剂(以1:1:0.01摩尔比混合)处理杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook)边材,制备二氧化硅/木材复合增强材料,测定增强材料的增重率、密度、细胞壁膨胀率、吸湿稳定性及抗流失性,以了解二氧化硅处理杉木木材增重率与物性之间的关系。结果表明,二氧化硅增强材料的增重率随着与预处理材含水率的增大而增加,当预处理材为饱水材时,制备的增强材料由于细胞腔中生成大量的二氧化硅而达到最大值。二氧化硅增强材料的细胞壁膨胀率和密度随着增重率的增加而增大,增重率在48%以上的细胞壁膨胀率变化量要比增重率在48%以下的膨胀率变化量大,增重率大于7%的密度增大比增重率小于7%的增大明显。随着二氧化硅增强材料增重率增加其吸湿膨胀率减少,失重率增加。二氧化硅增强材料的增重率越大,增重余量也就越大,其抗流失性能良好。

Research of China Wood's Properties Improved by Silicon Dioxide

Abstract:
Preparing reinforced materials by silicon dioxide using Sol-gel which take TEOS as ceramic precursor, ethanol as solvents and acetic acid as catalyst (tixed mol ar ratio is 1:1:0.01)to treat[Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.)Hook] sapwood. Determining the weight percentage gain (WPG), dencity, cell wall expanding percentage, moisture absorption properties and anti-drain properties of the reinforced materials for understanding the relationship between WPG and physical properties of Chinese fir wood treated by silicon dioxide. The results show that:The WPG of reinforced materials by silicon dioxide increased with increasing the moisture content of pretreatment wood, when the pretreatment wood as water saturated wood, the WPG reached maximum because mass of silicon dioxide produced in the cell lumen of reinforced materials by silicon dioxide.The cell wall expanding percentage and dencity of reinforced materials by silicon dioxide increased with the increasing of WPG, when the WPG is over 48% that the variable quantity of cell wall expanding percentage is more large than it below 48%, when the WPG is over 7% that the dencity increased more significantly than it below 7%.The moisture absorption expansion ratio decreased but weight loss rate increased as WPG increased. With the increasing of WPG, the gain margin became larger and anti-drain properties became better.
