日粮能量水平对0~8周龄银香麻鸡生产性能的影响

摘要:
选用360只1日龄银香麻鸡(母),分为3组,每组120只,每组4个重复,每个重复30只。以高、中、低3种代谢能(13.20 M J/kg、12.54M J/kg、11.90M J/kg)日粮进行饲养试验和消化代谢试验,考察日粮能量水平对0~8周龄银香麻鸡生产性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:(1)日增重随着日粮能量水平提高而增加(P<0.05);(2)饲料采食量随着日粮能量水平提高而减少,而代谢能摄入量则随之增加(P<0.05);(3)耗料增重比随着日粮能量水平提高而减少(P<0.05),0~8周龄银香麻鸡,推荐使用代谢能为13.20M J/kg日粮;(4)鸡的增重可用方程Y=1/[1/1000+0.025×(0.491)t]预测。

Abstract:
A feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of diet energy on performance of Yinxiang chicken.The single factor randomized block design was used.Three hundred and sixty one-days old Yinxiang chickens were assigned to 3 treatments with 2 replicas of each treatment.ME (metabolizable energy) levels of diets were designed as follows:ME:11.90MJ/kg, 12.54MJ/kg, 13.20MJ/kg The trial duration was 56 days.In the trial, the average body gain was improved with the increase of ME (P<0.05), and ME had significant effect on feed intake and ME intake (P<0.05).The ratio of feed/gain were significantly influenced by ME (P<0.05), it decreased with the increase of diet ME level.During 0 to 8 weeks, the diet with 13.20 MJ/kg was recommended.The live weight of chicken with the age can be discribed by equation Y=1/[1/1000+0.025× (0.491)t.
