电化学合成桃金娘烯醛电极的制备及应用

摘要:
用电沉积和热处理方法制备Cu/SnO2+Bi2O3/SeO2-V2O5复合电极,将该电极应用到α-蒎烯氧化合成桃金娘烯醛的反应中,探讨电流密度,反应温度,反应时间和KOH浓度对电化学合成桃金酿烯隘的影响。结果表明,制备条件对电极的氧化性能有较大的影响,较高的温度和较低电流密度有助于提高电极的氧化性能.合成桃金娘烯醛的最佳合成反应条件为:电流密度90mA/cm2,温度50℃,反应时间3.5h和KOH浓度lmol/L,在最佳条件下,桃金娘烯醛的收率达so.34%。该电极在反应过程中具有较好的使用寿命,反应35h后,桃金娘烯醛的收率只下降了4.4%,产物样品的FT-IR结果与文献相符。

Preparation and Application of the Myrtenal Compound Electrode on Electrochemistry Synthesis

Abstract:
The Cu/SnO2+Bi2O3/SeO2-V2O5 compound electrode is prepared using the electrodeposit and heat treatment method, and is used in the oxidation reaction of myrtenal and α-pinene to probe into the influence of density of electric current, reaction temperature, reaction time,concentration of KOH on the electrochemistry reaction of myrtenal. The result shows that the higher temperature and lower density of electric current are helpful to enhance oxidization of electrode. The favourable conditions for synthesizing myrtenal are 90mA/cm of electric current density, 50℃ of temperature, 3.5h of reaction time and lmol/L of KOH. Under above conditions, the yield of myrtenal is up to 80.34%, and only drops by 4.4% after 3.5h of reaction. The FT-IR of myrtenal product is in conformity with the relative reference.
