桑叶挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘要:
桑叶经水蒸汽蒸馏,GC-MS联用对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定。共分离出53个组分,鉴定了其中的45种化合物,占挥发油含量的91.27%。桑叶挥发油的化学成分以大茴香脑(21.89%)、六氢金合欢基丙酮(18.11%)、棕榈酸(9.19%)、香叶基丙酮(4.47%)、乙酸金合欢酯(4.12%)、棕榈酸甲酯(3.39%)为主。

Abstract:
The essential oil of mulberry leaves was obtained by steam distillation.The chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS.53 peaks were separated and 45 of them were identified,which accounted for 91.27% of the total essential oil.The main components of the essential oil of mulberry leaves were P-Propenylanisole(21.89%),Hexahydrofarnesyl acetone(18.11%),n-Hexadecanoic acid(9.19%),Geranyl acetone(4.47%),Farnesyl acetate(4.12%),and Hexadecanoic acid methyl ester(3.39%).
