简要介绍精液冷冻技术发展历史,分析影响牛冷冻精液受胎率的主要技术因素。认为近年来冻精生产和应用的各个技术环节均没有重大突破,今后应该继续对这些环节进行优化组合,尤其是在水牛冻精生产技术的标准化、细管冻精生产成本的降低及分离精子的冷冻保存等方面应加大研究投入和力度。 |

Abstract: |
After having briefly introduced the history of the technology of semen cryopreservation,we analyzed the key technological factors influencing the fertility of bull frozen-thawed semen.The result showed as followed:no important breakthrough was made in every link of cryopreserved semen production and application in the past few years.In the days to come these links should be optimized and combined continuously,and the research input and strength should be stepped up especially in the technological standardization of buffalo semen cryopreservation,the reduction of production cost per straw and the cryopreservation of sorted spermatozoa. |
