根据pH值为5.0的HAc-NaAc溶液中,Cr6+催化H2O2氧化四氯四碘荧光素二钠的褪色反应,建立催化动力学光度法测定痕量Cr6+的新方法。新方法的检出限为1.05×10-9g/ml,测定线性范围为0~35μg/L Cr6+。新方法用于天然水中痕量Cr6+的测定,结果良好。 |

Abstract: |
A new sensitive kinetic method is proposed for the determination of Cr6+.The method is based on its catalytic effect on the redox reaction between hydrogen peroxide and tetrachlorotetraiodo-fluorescein disodium in HAc-NaAc solution of pH=5.0.The detection limit of Cr6+ in this method is 1.05×10-9g/ml and the linear response is in the range of 0~35μg/L Cr6+.The method has been applied to the determination of Cr6+ in natural water samples with satisfactory results after the water samples being treated by 732 positive ion exchange resin. |
