木芙蓉叶有效组分对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘要:
为了探讨木芙蓉叶有效组分(MFR)对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤中的作用,采用大鼠肾缺血再灌注模型,木芙蓉叶有效组分灌胃给药,观察血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)及肾组织病理变化,并检测白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的含量。结果再灌注24h后,治疗组血BUN及Scr明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组血液IL-1含量与非治疗组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);而且治疗组肾组织病理损伤较非治疗组明显减轻。木芙蓉叶有效组分对肾缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用,其原因可能与抑制IL-1等的生成有关

Effect of Leaves of Hibiscus mutabilis L.on Renal Ischemia Reperfusion Injury of Rat Model

Abstract:
To explore the role of effective fraction of Hibiscus mutabilis L. (MFR) on renal ischemia reperfusion injury in rat. Using a model of renal ischemia reperfusion injury,determined the change of blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),the pathological change of kidney tissue and the level of interleukin 1(IL-1) after the Hibiscus mutabilis L. was administrated.Results At 24 h after reperfusion,the BUN and Scr level decreased significantly in MFR group (P<0.05). The level of IL-1 was marked difference between MFR group and blank group (P<0.05). The renal pathological injury of MFR group was mitigated significantly The results suggest that Hibiscus mutabilis L. protects kidney from ischemia-reperfusion injury,and that this action may underline its inhibitory action on the interleukin-1 releasing.
