用正己烷提取桑叶中的脂肪酸,经皂化、酯交换法处理后,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用分析和鉴定脂肪酸的化学成分。结果是,共分离出24种化合物,鉴定了其中的19种脂肪酸,占脂肪酸总含量的93.18%。桑叶中脂肪酸的成分以棕榈酸(26.87%)、亚麻酸(22.99%)、亚油酸(13.40%)、硬脂酸(6.99%)、油酸(3.17%)、花生酸(3.43%)、棕榈油酸(3.05%)、山酸(2.93%)、蜡酸(1.63%)等为主 |

Abstract: |
Mulberry leaves were extracted with n-hexane,and the extractive was saponified and esterfied. The chemical components of fatty acids were separated and identified by GC-MS.24 fatty acids were separated and 19 fatty acids of them were identified,and their relative contents were 93.18%.The main components of the fatty acids in mulberry leaves were palmitic acid(26.87%),linolenic acid(22.99%),linoleic acid(13.40%),stearic acid(6.99%),oleic acid(3.17%),arachidic acid(3.43%),palmitoleic acid(3.05%),behenic acid(2.93%),cerotic acid(1.63%). |
