| 用C18 ODS为固定相,甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85:15)为流动相,建立一种高效液相色谱法测定穿金益肝片中大黄素的含量,检测波长为290 nm。结果是进样量在0.05175~0.5175μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.56%,RSD为1.59%(n=5)。该方法简便,准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。 |

| A HPLC method for determination of emodin in Chuanjinyigan tablets was established.A C18 Column was used with mobile phase of methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid(85:15) and the detection wavelength was 290 nm.The calibration curve of lincomycin was linear in the concentration range of 0.05175~0.5175 μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 98.56%(RSD=1.59%).The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It is suitable for determination of emodin in Chuanjinyigen tablets. |
