锇(Ⅷ)-高碘酸钾-5-Br-PADAP体系催化光度法测定痕量锇

摘要:
研究在氢氧化钠介质中,痕量锇(Ⅷ)催化高碘酸钾氧化5-Br-PADAP的褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了测定痕量锇的新方法。在选定的最佳条件下,方法的灵敏度为2.18×10-10g/ml,测定范围为10~60mg/L,表观活化能为45.4KJ/mol。本法用于合成矿样中锇的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method is represented for the determination of trace osmium(Ⅷ) based on the catalytic effect of osmium(Ⅷ) on the oxidation of 5-Br-PADAP by potassium periodate in sodium hydroxide.In the selected conditions,Beer's law is obeyed for osmium(Ⅷ) in the range of 10~60 mg/L and the sensitivity is 2.18×10-10 g/ml.According to the equation of Arrhenius the apparent energy of activation is calculated to be 45.4 KJ/mol.The method is applied to the determination of trace osmium(Ⅷ) in synthetic ore samples with sactisfactory results.
