HPLC法测定复方双花气雾剂中麻黄碱的含量

摘要:
为建立一种用高效液相色谱法测定复方双花气雾剂中麻黄碱含量的方法,用C18-ODS为固定相,甲醇-水-三乙胺(20:80:0.1,用磷酸调pH值3.5~4.5)为流动相,检测波长为257nm。结果表明,在进样量2.04~10.20μg范围内,该方法线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为3.61%(n=5)。表明该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂含量的测定方法。

Determination of Ephedrine in the Shuanghua Compound Aerosol by HPLC

Abstract:
To establish a method to determine the content of ephedrine in the Shuanghua compound aerosol by HPLC, C18ODS was used as fixed phase,methanol-water-triethylamine(20:80:0.1,with the pH value ranging from3.5 to 4.5 adjusted with phosphoric acid) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 257 nm. It is found that the standard curve is linear in the range of 2.04 to 10.20 μg. The correlation coefficient is 0.9992. The average recovery was 98.9%,and RSD was 3.61% (n=5). It is suggested that the method is simple,convenient,and accurate with a good reduplication,and could be used to detect the content of ephedrine in the Shuanghua compound aerosol.
