| 以硫酸法钛白生产过程的中间产品TiOSO4液为原料,采用萃取等方法将TiO2转为有机物溶胶,再将此溶胶蒸馏制成纳米TiO2粉体。以D2 EHPA为萃取剂,最佳萃取工艺条件为:D2 EHPA浓度25%,O/A=1:5,萃取时间10min。最终产品纳米TiO2通过煅烧温度达到物相的晶形转变,其纳米TiO2膏体粒子粒径约为20nm。 |

| Abstract: |
| The TiOSO4 liquid,a semifinished product from the production of titanium white flour by sulfuric acid method, was used as material. The TiO2 was changed into a kind of organic collosol by the extraction, and into nanometer titanium dioxide powder by the rectification. The D2EHPA was used as extractant. The favor conditions for the extraction industry are:25% D2EHPA,O/A=1:5,and 10 min extraction.The changement of crystal form of the finished product nanometer TiO2 is implemented by calcine.TiO2 cream particles are about 20 nm in size. |
