钦州三娘湾营养盐的分布及其化学特性

摘要:
为了解广西钦州三娘湾营养盐的化学特征及其分布规律,2000年3月15日对钦州三娘湾3条断面、9个测站进行表层水样采集,分析水样中的硝酸盐(NO3-N)、亚硝酸盐(NO2-N)、氨氮(NH3-N)和无机磷(PO4-P)。结果表明,三娘湾水域的营养水平不高,无机氮的含量(2.85μmol/L)分别是北海湾(26.06μmol/L)和钦州湾(42.54μmol/L)的10.9%和6.7%,但比铁山港(0.99μmol/L)高1.88倍;而其无机磷含量(0.14μmol/L)与其他3个海湾的差异不大。三娘湾无机氮的含量分布由东北向西南呈规律性递减趋势;无机磷则以东南远岸测站含量较高,向西北沿岸呈递减趋势。该水域大部分测站N/P均在21.00以上,处于磷相对缺乏状态。氨态氮与盐度、pH值、COD、SS的相关系数分别为-0.845,-0.96 2,0.407和0.535。NO3-N与NO2-N和NH3-N的相关系数分别为0.736和0.769。

Abstract:
To find out the chemical characteristic and distribution pattern of nutrient substance, sea water was sampled in the surface layer of sea at 9 spots along 3 fracture zones at Sanniang Bay,Qinzhou,Guangxi, southern China on March 15th 2000. The contents of NO3-N, NO2-N, NH3-N and PO4-P were analyzed. The content of inorganic nitrogen was 2.85 μmol/L at Sanniang Bay, accounting for 10.9% of 26.06 μmol/L at Beihai Bay,and 6.7% of 4254 μmol/L at Qinzhou Bay, but 1.88-fold of 0.99 μmol/L at Tieshangang Bay. There is not much different of inorganic phosphorus among the four bays,with 0.14 μmol/L for Sanniang bay. A trend of inorganic nitrogen declining from the northeast to the southwest and a trend of inorganic phosphorus declining from the southeast to the northwest were found at Sanniang Bay, The N/P at most of the spots are over 21.00,suggesting lack of phosphorous. The correlation coefficients of NH3-N to salinity, pH value, COD and SS are -0.845,-0.962,0.407 and 0.535, respectively, and NO3-N to NO2-N and NH3-N are 0.736 and 0.769, respectively.
