流动注射分析法测定水样中的NO2--N和NO3--N

摘要:
采用流动注射技术测定水样中的NO2--N和NO3--N。以N-(1-萘基)乙烯二胺盐酸盐和对氨基苯磺酸为显色剂,在540 nm下比色测定NO2--N的含量。水样中的NO3--N,在稀醋酸条件下用锌粉将其预还原成NO2--N后,也在上述相同的条件下测定其含量。NO2--N的检出限为0.005×10-6,NO3--N的检出限为0.05×10-6,分析速度为65次/小时。

Abstract:
Flow injection analysis was used to detect the contents of NO2--N and NO3--N in water samples. The N-(1-naphthyl) ethylenediamine hydrochloride and p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid were used as chromogenic agents. The content of NO2--N was detected at 540 nm. The NO3--N in water samples was pre deoxidized to NO2--N by zinc powder under dilute acetic acid and then detected in the same condition. The detection limit of NO2--N is 0.005×10-6,and the detection limit of NO3--N is 0.05×10-6.The analysis speed is 65 times per hour.
